Have your documents ready
Please bring the necessary documents (personal identification documents and My Number documents) to the store window. You can also submit online using our e-KYC app.

Issuance of Member Number (Membership card)
Member number will be issued when we complete your member registration. Also, if necessary, we will send you a membership card by post in a week.
