Please have your Member Number (Membership Card) ready. You need to present or submit your member number to apply remittance request. Please contact us for more details.

Please download and fill out the form, and visit us or send us via e-mail or FAX. Also, you can fill out the online form at our homepage.
If you already setup your password for My page, you can apply remittance request by PC and smartphone.

When your remittance request and payment of the remittance funds are completed, the remittance contract will be concluded and the remittance request will be accepted. You can pay us the remittance funds by transferring them to our designated bank account or pay by cash at our counter.
