  • Q2. What kind of service is an overseas remittance service?

    It is a service that remits money to overseas beneficiaries.
    You must register as a member of Digitel Remittance to use the service.

  • Q3. I would like to send money from overseas to my bank account in Japan. Please tell me the SWIFT code.

    DigiTEL does not use SWIFT network. Also we are currently offering inbound transactions from South Korea only.

  • Q4. Can I remit cash overseas?

    You can also receive cash from your local partner's counter for some remittance countries.

  • Q5. Is there any way to check the status of the remittance by myself?

    Yes, you can review the status of your transactions after login to My page.

  • Q6. Are there any restrictions on the purpose of remittance when using overseas remittances?

    Remittances to individual for our prescribed purpose are only available.

  • Q7. Is it necessary to submit My number to use remittance service?

    Since the My Number system was launched on January 1, 2016, it is necessary to submit the documents related to My Number based on laws and regulations (*). Even if you sign up for DigiTEL Overseas Remittance Service before December 31, 2015, you will need to submit a document regarding your My Number.

    Please submit your My Number document to use our service. You can also use our e-KYC mobile app to submit the documents.
